La secuencia inicia con un paso atrás, lateral y adelante a tiempo.
En el momento en que la mujer va hacia atrás el hombre debe contener
a la chica para cambiar la dinámica generando el rebote y luego llevarla
hacia adelante para producir el adorno en la pierna libre de la mujer
con la misma contención y lentitud que en el rebote.
Para lograr trasmitir el movimiento lento necesitamos sentir todo nuestro cuerpo.

The sequence starts with a step back, side and forward in time.
At the moment when the woman goes backwards the man must contain
the woman to change the dynamics generating the rebound and then
take her forward to produce the ornament on the free leg of the
woman with the same containment and slowness as in the rebound.
In order to transmit the slow movement we need to feel our whole body.
